The Cakes
The flavour and texture of your wedding cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks, and I aim to provide a delicious choice of options to select from to delight both you and your guests!
All of my cakes are freshly baked to order in my home kitchen using the best quality ingredients, real unsalted butter and fresh free-range eggs.

Each tier has 4 equal layers of sumptuous cake with 3 layers of fillings of Swiss Meringue Buttercream and conserves which is then coated with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and covered in professional grade sugar paste for a flawless finish.

I am fully Insured, and my kitchen is registered with South Gloucestershire Council and has been awarded a 5 star rating

Raspberry and White Chocolate
Beautifully light and delicate sponge made with fresh raspberries and Belgian white chocolate, layered with Belgian white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream

Coconut sponge cake infused with a coconut cream sugar syrup, layered with white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream and homemade Passionfruit curd

Spiced Carrot
Deliciously moist spiced carrot cake layered with a zesty orange Swiss meringue buttercream

Coffee sponge with little nuggets of walnut, infused with espresso coffee sugar syrup and layered with a light coffee and vanilla Swiss meringue buttercream (CONTAINS NUTS)

Due to the issues that warmer temperatures and humidity can have on this style of cake, buttercream cakes are only recommended between October to April
