

All of my cakes are freshly baked to order in my home kitchen using quality ingredients, real unsalted butter and fresh free-range eggs.
Each tier has 4 layers of cake with 3 layers of fillings of swiss meringue buttercream and conserve, covered with a layer of Belgian white chocolate ganache and quality Couture fondant for a perfectly smooth finish.
Fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan under the fondant.
I am fully Insured and my kitchen is registered with South Gloucestershire Council and has been awarded a 5* rating

Raspberry and White Chocolate
Beautifully moist sponge made with fresh raspberries and Belgian white chocolate, layered with Belgian white chocolate shards and swiss meringue buttercream
Zingy Lime and Coconut
Deliciously zesty lime and coconut sponge cake infused with a lime sugar syrup, layered with lime zest swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate and Salted Caramel
Chocolate fudge cake, layered with chocolate buttercream and home-made salted caramel sauce
Pink Gin and Lemonade
Delicious pink sponge infused with Gordons Pink Gin and tonic, layered with zesty lime swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate Orange
Chocolate fudge cake, infused with orange sugar syrup and layered with orange zest swiss meringue buttercream
Chocolate Cake
Chocolate fudge cake layered with Belgian chocolate swiss meringue buttercream
Spiced Carrot
Deliciously moist spiced carrot cake layered with a zesty orange swiss meringue buttercream
(available with or without nuts)
Coffee and Walnut
Coffee sponge with little nuggets of walnut, infused with espresso coffee sugar syrup, filled with a light coffee and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream (contains nuts)
Cherry Bakewell
Light almond sponge layered with an almond infused swiss meringue buttercream and cherry compote
(contains nuts)
Semi-naked and Buttercream Cakes
Due to the issues that warmer temperatures and humidity can have on this style of cake, buttercream cakes are only recommended between October to April

My cakes only contain nuts where mentioned. Nuts used in my kitchen are stored separately from other ingredients and are in sealed containers.
I cannot guarantee a completely nut free environment.
Cakes contain eggs, sugar, wheat flour (gluten), real butter, chocolate, fruit jams, milk and cream.
