All of my cakes are freshly baked in my home kitchen using quality ingredients. I always use real unsalted butter, fresh free-range eggs and I use local produce wherever available.  Each tier has 4 layers of cake and 3 fillings of swiss meringue buttercream and conserve, covered with a layer of Belgian chocolate ganache and quality Couture fondant for a perfectly smooth finish. 

Fruit cakes have a layer of marzipan under the fondant.

My kitchen is registered with South Gloucestershire Council and has been awarded a 5* rating

Vanilla and Raspberry

Light and fluffy Madagascan vanilla sponge infused with sugar syrup, layered with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream and raspberry conserve

Lemon Drizzle

Zesty lemon sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup, layered with lemon swiss meringue buttercream and zesty lemon curd

 

Lemon and Poppy Seed

Zesty lemon and poppy seed sponge infused with lemon sugar syrup, layered with lemon swiss meringue buttercream and zesty lemon curd

 

Raspberry and White Chocolate

Beautifully moist sponge made with fresh raspberries and Belgian white chocolate, layered with white chocolate swiss meringue buttercream

Zingy Lime and Coconut

 

Deliciously zesty lime and coconut sponge cake infused with a fresh lime juice and coconut water sugar syrup, layered with lime zest swiss meringue buttercream

Chocolate and Salted Caramel

Indulgent moist chocolate fudge cake, layered with chocolate buttercream and home-made salted caramel sauce

 

Pink Gin and Lemonade

Delicious pink sponge infused with Gordons Pink Gin and tonic, layered with zesty lime swiss meringue buttercream

 

Chocolate Orange

Moist chocolate sponge cake, infused with orange sugar syrup and layered with orange zest swiss meringue buttercream

Spiced Carrot

Deliciously moist spiced carrot cake layered with a zesty orange swiss meringue buttercream (contains nuts)

 

Coffee and Walnut

Coffee sponge with little nuggets of walnut, infused with espresso coffee sugar syrup, filled with a light coffee and vanilla swiss meringue buttercream (contains nuts)

Red Velvet

Deep red fluffy sponge with a subtle chocolatey flavour, infused with sugar syrup and layered with vanilla swiss meringue buttercream

Rich Fruit Cake

Deep, fruity and boozy with a covering of marzipan (contains nuts)

 

Semi-naked and Buttercream Cakes

Due to the issues that warmer temperatures and humidity can have on this style of cake, buttercream cakes are only recommended from October to April

Allergen Information

My cakes only contain nuts where mentioned.  Nuts used in my kitchen are stored separately from other ingredients and are in sealed containers. 

I cannot guarantee a completely nut free environment or any contamination during manufacturing processes

Cakes contain eggs, sugar, wheat flour (gluten), real butter, chocolate, fruit jams, milk and cream. 

Special Diets – I am happy to provide gluten free cakes made with Doves Gluten Free Flour, but I am unable to provide vegan, dairy free, egg free or sugar free cakes
