Jess and Sam married at one of my absolute favourite wedding venues, which I am also proud to be a Recommended Supplier for, kingscotebarn.co.uk Tetbury. An award-winning exclusive use 17th century barn set in the heart of its own secret valley, privately located within 400 acres of the Cotswold Hills. There is so much charm and character at Kingscote Barn, the staff are warm and welcoming and the views surrounding it are simply breathtaking!
This wedding is proof that a barn wedding doesn't have to be rustic, it can also be bursting with elegance and glamour!
I met Jess and Sam via Zoom during the pandemic and I instantly fell in love with their wedding cake ideas. I was so excited to create their cake as I just knew it would be an absolute beauty! Their wedding colours were blush and ivory with hints of gold so I designed the cake with the top and bottom tiers in ivory with delicate stencil detailing, and to pull through some glamour, the middle tier was decorated with an edible sparkly blush. The cake was then finished off with soft gold ribbons before being decorated with fresh florals. Jess and Sam's chosen cake flavours were Coconut & Lime, Spiced Carrot and Chocolate Salted Caramel. This is still one of my favourite cakes that I have made yet, I absolutely adore it!
The cake flowers were supplied by seventh-heaven-events.co.uk Large, fluffy blush roses and Lisianthus perfectly complemented each other and looked so beautiful cascading around the cake. The cake table was displayed against the beautiful Cotswold stone backdrop, surrounded with more flowers around the cake stand - it was truly gorgeous!

I have met and worked with Kirsten many times and I cannot recommend her enough! Kirsten is so creative and will always work to come up with new ideas and creative ways to transform a venue to perfectly fit your wedding style and aesthetics. She has a sharp eye for detail and her work is always flawless. Just look at how every single chair is positioned at the exact same angle, all the way down the table - no pushing the chairs under the table on Kirsten's watch! :-) Every single detail is considered and executed beautifully!
